What it does

Cold emails die when they read like a robot wrote them. This workflow takes one raw lead row, reads what it can find about the business, and writes a first line plus a full email that sounds like you. It writes one email per row, on its own, all day. Importable n8n JSON with setup sticky notes on every node. Add your keys, point it at your lead sheet, and your outbox fills itself.

Do I need to code?

No. n8n Cold Email Personalizer Workflow is an importable n8n JSON file. Every node carries a sticky note that tells you what to set.

How do I import it into n8n?

Open n8n, press the three dots menu, pick Import from File, and select the JSON. Then follow the sticky notes.

What do I need to run it?

A free or paid n8n instance. The workflow has a Config node for your values and a test mode that runs with zero external credentials.

What does it cost?
