This Privacy Policy explains how Elevated Talent, LLC("I", "me", or "my") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit jahvis.ai, sign up for free tools, or buy a product. By using this site you agree to this policy.

Elevated Talent, LLC operates the JAHvis Ai brand and storefront. You can reach me using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Information I collect

Information you give me

• Email address and name. When you request a free tool or join my email list, I collect your email and any name you provide.
• Phone number. Some free downloads ask for your phone number as part of the funnel. I do not send marketing texts without separate consent.
• Order and payment details. When you buy a product, payment is processed by Stripe. I receive your email, the items you bought, and order status. I never see or store your full card number.
• Messages. If you email me or reply to a message, I keep what you send so I can help you.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data. Pages you view, links you click, and how you got to the site.
• Device data. Browser type, device type, and general location based on your IP address.
• Cookies. Small files that help the site work and let me measure traffic. See the Cookies section below.

Information from Meta and other platforms

I run pages and ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta. If you interact with my content, click an ad, or connect through a Meta login or feature, I may receive limited data such as your name, profile details you choose to share, and engagement events. I use this only for the purposes described below. Your use of Meta platforms is also governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

• Deliver the free tools, products, and downloads you request.
• Process payments and send receipts and order updates.
• Send emails about new tools, systems, and offers you opted into.
• Respond to your questions and provide support.
• Measure and improve the site, content, and ads.

How I share your information

I do not sell your personal information. I share data only with trusted providers who help me run the business, and only as needed:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Supabase for secure database and file storage.
• Resend for sending emails.
• Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
• Meta for advertising and measuring ad performance.

I may also share data if required by law, to enforce my terms, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

Cookies and tracking

I use cookies and similar tools to run the site, remember your choices, and understand traffic. Some are required for the site to work. Others help me measure performance and ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

Meta platform data

When I use Meta tools and APIs, I follow Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. I only request the data I need, I use it only for the features you expect, and I do not sell it. If you connect through a Meta feature, you can disconnect at any time in your Meta account settings. You can also ask me to delete data I received through Meta using the steps in the next section.

How to delete your data

To request deletion of your personal data, including any data obtained through Meta, email eli@jahvis.aiwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address you used. I will confirm and delete your data within 30 days, unless I must keep some records to meet legal or tax rules.

Data retention

I keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Order and tax records are kept for the period required by law. After that, I delete or anonymize your data.

Security

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of storage or transfer is fully secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is not for children under 13. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child gave me data, contact me and I will delete it.

International users

I operate from the United States. If you visit from another country, your data may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your own.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. I will change the date at the top when I do. Major changes will be posted on this page.
