These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of jahvis.ai and any free tools or products offered through it. The site is operated by Elevated Talent, LLC("I", "me", or "my"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who I am

Elevated Talent, LLC runs the JAHvis Ai brand and storefront. My contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What I offer

I offer digital products, templates, tools, and systems. Some are free and some are paid. All products are delivered as digital files or links. I do not ship physical goods.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy a product or join my email list.

Email signups and free tools

When you give your email for a free tool, you agree to receive that tool and related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By buying, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to mine.
• You agree to give accurate payment and contact details. I may cancel an order if I suspect fraud or error.

Digital products and license

When you buy a product, I give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use it for your own business or personal projects. Unless I state otherwise in writing, you may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the product or its files.
• Claim the product as your own to sell to others.
• Sublicense or transfer your license to someone else.

I keep all ownership and intellectual property rights in the products.

Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a product is broken, fails to deliver, or is not as described, email me within 14 days of purchase and I will fix the issue or offer a refund at my discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, logos, and products, is owned by Elevated Talent, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute it without my written permission, except for the license granted when you buy a product.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law while using the site.
• Try to hack, disrupt, or overload the site.
• Copy or scrape the site without permission.
• Use the site to harm others or post harmful content.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to other sites and tools I do not control, such as Stripe, Meta, or social platforms. I am not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

No guarantees

My products share tools, systems, and ideas for growing a business. They are for education and information only. I do not promise any specific income, results, or outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, and many factors outside my control.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. I do not warrant that the site will be error free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elevated Talent, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or products. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Elevated Talent, LLC from any claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. I will change the date at the top when I do. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
