Do I need to code?

No. n8n Weekly Newsletter Draft Workflow is an importable n8n JSON file. Every node carries a sticky note that tells you what to set.

How do I import it into n8n?

Open n8n, press the three dots menu, pick Import from File, and select the JSON. Then follow the sticky notes.

What do I need to run it?

A free or paid n8n instance. The workflow has a Config node for your values and a test mode that runs with zero external credentials.
